Brisbane Insulation Returns Policy
At Brisbane Insulation, we understand that project requirements can change. If you have leftover insulation, you may be eligible to return it under the following conditions:
Return Requirements
- Return Period: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Product Condition: Insulation must be in its original, undamaged packaging and in like-new condition. We reserve the right to reject returns if products are wet, damaged, or show any signs of wear or misuse.
Restocking Fees
- 15% restocking fee: Applies to glasswool, polyester, and rockwool insulation products.
- 30% restocking fee: Applies to foam and rigid insulation products.
Additional Information
- Custom Orders: Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless specifically agreed upon.
- State-Based Restrictions: Some manufacturers have restrictions on returns based on the location. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product details page.
How to Return Your Products
- Products can be returned to the warehouse from which they were originally dispatched.
- Alternatively, you may arrange for a courier to pick up the items from your home or job site (additional charges may apply).
