Returns Policy

Because we understand that project requirements can change. 

At Brisbane Insulation, we understand that project requirements can change. If you have leftover insulation, you may be eligible to return it under the following conditions:​

Return Requirements

  • Return Period: Defective and non-defective products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Product Condition: Insulation must be in its original, undamaged packaging and in like-new condition. We reserve the right to reject returns if products are wet, damaged, or show any signs of wear or misuse.

  • Exchanges can be granted under the above conditions of return.

Restocking Fees

  • 15% restocking fee: Applies to glasswool, polyester, and rockwool insulation products.

  • 30% restocking fee: Applies to foam and rigid insulation products.

Additional Information

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless specifically agreed upon.

  • State-Based Restrictions: Some manufacturers have restrictions on returns based on the location. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product details page.

How to Return Your Products

  • Products can be returned to the warehouse from which they were originally dispatched.

  • Alternatively, you may arrange for a courier to pick up the items from your home or job site (additional charges may apply).

  • It is the customers responsibility to initiate a return, please contact our team at 07 3088 6933 to discuss the next steps.

 

Refunds​

  • The processing time for our refunds is up to 30 days.
